Businesses honored for green practices
Reno-area businesses were recently honored by the city of Reno as part of the 2008 Green Building Recognition Awards.Recipients were recognized for implementing significant 
environmentally friendly aspects into their projects. They include outdoors retailer Patagonia in the industrial category; Joe Crowley Student Union at the University of Nevada, Reno for the public building category; Somersett Town Square for the commercial category; Cathexes for the office property category; and Eight on Center for the residential category.
