Former law officers start drug-testing business
While Technology Based Tracking LLC made little headway with its original strategy, the
backup plan may hit the market at the right time. When the company was formed a year ago, its four partners focused most of their efforts on convincing Nevada officials to buy an updated version of the electronic bracelets worn by people on parole or probation. Performing substance abuse testing was added as a sidelight to round out the company’s product portfolio. Read more:
