The redevelopment of the existing Tahoe Biltmore in Crystal Bay, Nevada aims to create a vibrant cultural village that benefits the community and the environment. The proposed village will transform the existing hotel and casino into an environmentally sustainable, economically viable and community oriented center that will revitalize Crystal Bay.

When completed, the Boulder Bay Resort & Wellness Center will serve as a model for ecological resort design. Through innovative green building strategies that minimizes energy and water use as well as a pedestrian and transit oriented design that maximizes workability and open space, the net result is an expected 30% reduction in overall carbon footprint compared to the current use. For the local community, visitors, and the planet this means a redevelopment that fosters an ongoing investment in health, well-being and responsible stewardship.
