Las Vegas tech firm start-up assisted by NDA
1Velocity is a new Southern Nevada-based technology company recently assisted in start-up efforts by the Nevada Development Authority (NDA). 1Velosity is deploying a true carrier-class Ethernet-based metropolitan network with the ability to deliver breakthrough speeds and capacities ranging from 10 megabits per second (mpbs) up to 2.7 gigabits per second (gbps). 
Enterprises and carriers are requiring greater and greater bandwidth solutions and the existing competitive infrastructures are incapable to meet these needs cost effectively. 1Velosity services are rapidly deployable, highly scalable, secure, reliable and broadly accessible.
