The Turnaround Management Association of Nevada will be delivering another provocative and profitable evening for its members on May 21, 2008 with its discussion: “Downtown
Renaissance: The Turnaround of Our Urban Communities”. A diversified panel of key insiders will give fresh insight into downtown’s redevelopment with a view towards turnaround opportunities for TMA Nevada members.
Panelists:
- Mike Darley: Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fitzgeralds Casino and Hotel in Downtown Las Vegas.
- Leo Davenport: Past President of the Las Vegas Planning Commission and former member of the Las Vegas Downtown Entertainment District Committee. Leo is founder of GFD Investments a Nevada-based mortgage company.
- John Restrepo: Principal of the Restrepo Consulting Group, a consulting firm specializing in researching, analyzing and consulting on socio-economic trends in real estate development in the Southwest.
