It can be difficult for women to strike a balance between motherhood and career aspirations.

Some Las Vegas-area businesswomen say they have found that balance by leaving the workforce and going into business for themselves - often from the comfort of their own homes.

Between diaper changes, feedings, playtime, cleanup – and on and on – these “mompreneurs” somehow find the time to take care of business.
