Is your business making the money that you deserve? Do you want your business to grow? Is your business profitable? How do you know? Do you have financial statements that you can read, understand and use to make wise business decisions? Are you frustrated and wasting too much time and energy on earning your money, tracking your money or keeping your money?
This session is designed to give you the specific system that ensures that you are being paid well for your efforts. You will know how to transform your business with seven keys steps to profitability; how to track your money in an easy, simple manner that puts control back in your hands; set up your accounting system to give you the information that you need for management and compliance; and rest easily at night knowing that your records are organized so that you have control of your business.
“Seven Sane and Sensible Practices (So You Control Your Email Instead of It Controlling You!)”
Dr. Meggin McIntosh, “The Ph.D. of Productivity”™
Have you ‘had it’ with email? Does the time you spend on email increase, no matter what you do? Do you expect instantaneous replies to your emails – or do others expect the same of you? Is your #1 task for the day sometimes not completed…yet you’ve dealt with your incoming emails? Do you actually love email and just want to be a power user instead of “dabbling” in it?
Dr. Meggin McIntosh will teach you “Seven Sane and Sensible Practices” These practices all include words beginning with “D:” determine, delete, decide, defer, defend, devalue, deploy. Learn how to decrease the amount of time you spend on email by at least 50%; how to increase the clarity of your communication, thereby amplifying your own and others’ productivity; and how to maximize your sense of satisfaction about your workday.
“CPAs – saving you time and money”
