Michael Schnabel and Shannon Wiseman recently announced the official

launch of Schnabel Ventures LLC, a real estate venture capital company. Schnabel Ventures partners with entrepreneurs to launch and/or acquire real estate investment companies that specialize in distinct niches within the global real estate economy. Its first venture partner companies are Blackfire Investors, a partnership with Tilio Lagatta focused on value-added acquisitions of commercial properties in the Western United States, and Development Arts, a partnership with David Loring focused on an analytical approach to industrial development throughout the United States. Schnabel Ventures will be pursuing new partnerships and investments in multiple markets.
