Reno firm has new digs, patents

Scott Armstrong has a read on his company’s future, and it spells growth.

Pindi Products Inc. is ready with two patents in hand and others submitted for its non-invasive imaging technology, and a new headquarters in downtown Reno where Armstrong and his staff will hold a ribbon-cutting opening tonight.

“We’re pushing to get our first product to market in September,” said Armstrong, Pindi’s chairman and co-founder with President Erin Looney. “We hope to begin licensing our technology. It’s a pretty exciting time in our life right now.”

RGJ.comPindi Products, launched nine years ago, has developed the ability to scan items, including liquids and the human body, to detect conditions and contaminants without invading any surface by needles, radiation or electrical/chemical means. Read more:
