State adds calculator to site

Ross Miller: Nevada Secretary of State

A calculator tool has been added to the Web site of the Nevada Secretary of State to help existing businesses determine the fees for various corporate filings. The calculator is at www.nvsos.gov. The state’s commercial recording division is working on a similar calculator to assist new entities that are planning to register in Nevada.
