Today, bankruptcy is inappropriately being used as the sole route to navigate the challenges of a company being in financial distress. Many expert members of TMA Nevada who deal in bankruptcy everyday, are seeing the bankruptcy laws being used by companies who should not be using them because of their unawareness of more cost efficient and time expedient alternatives, such as Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors. This legal tool and approach can save money, time and heart ache to many a business executive who faces financial challenges.
