Michael Heffley has spent his career at the convergence of telecommunications, video, and business computing technologies, as he led technology services startups and high growth ventures. Before joining BrightPlanIT, Mr. Heffley was COO and head of Product Management for Manning & Napier Information Services, where he developed online services offerings supporting employee benefits plans and consumer driven healthcare. Before that, Mr. Heffley was Senior Consultant at Computer Task Group (TSK), an IT consultancy firm where he successfully led financial analysis and technology projects. As Director at SOFTBANK Services Group, Mr. Heffley created a business unit offering outsourced interactive voice response (IVR) services and some of the very first web-based technical support. Starting his career in Las Vegas, Mr. Heffley co-founded Vision Control Associates, an advanced display consulting, engineering and rental firm.
