Mark is a senior technology industry finance executive, advisor and board member.  He has 30+ years’ experience helping technology companies grow and thrive. Experience includes senior positions at both large and small companies, public and private, including the CFO role taking a company public in the US through SEC form S-1 registration (Spark Networks in 2007) and two other public company CFO positions. In addition, Mark has been CFO at leading Silicon Valley venture capital firms (Venrock and Learn Capital).

Mark’s areas of expertise include: business model development, private and public equity and debt market transactions, investor / stakeholder relations, corporate finance and human resources management, mergers & acquisitions, limited partnership finance, and risk management.
