The American economy has changed drastically in the last several years. The market for labor is competitive and consumers want companies who walk the walk when it comes to diversity. How can your company investigate workforce solutions while becoming more sensitive to diverse and global customers?

Join Stacy Kinion, associate director of international exchanges at Northern Nevada International Center, a nonprofit leading northern Nevada’s global engagement, as she discusses ways in which your organization can integrate more diverse populations into your company’s next chapter. From courting new-to-the-area populations, integrating interpretation and translation into standard operating procedures and even considering welcoming the cream of the world’s leadership crop to your business for cultural and best practice exchanges, Kinion will detail accessible opportunities that demonstrate your organization is forward thinking. No matter what the next decade has in store, knowing your options will open doors to the globe you may not have anticipated – and no airfare is required!
