December’s Tech Wednesday is an Ugly Sweater party! And our event will have three themes:

First, IMBĪB’s co-founder and “Jack of All Trades” Matt Johnson will discuss the typical brewing process for modern beers including the processes from growing the grain to getting the beer into a glass.

Second, learn some of the ways that IMBĪB, and other breweries, are using simple techniques to recapture water, eliminate waste, and work on sustainability.

Finally, see IMBĪB's barrel aging program and what makes IMBĪB unique in the Northern Nevada brewing scene including the focus on both spirit and wine barrel aged beer. 

During December’s Tech Wednesday you will see and learn:

• Beer brewing 101

• The key ingredients for modern beer and taste some of the raw ingredients

• What makes sour beer so different
