Rhea has spent over 35 years in marketing and management for commercial and industrial manufacturing, including roles as President at Astromec, Inc. in Carson City, NV, directing marketing and planning at Emerson Electric in St. Louis, MO. His expertise spans from electrical design, engineering management, and cost-effective technical design to new product development and lean process implementation. Rhea’s current position is Senior Manufacturing Business Advisor for Manufacture Nevada where he works to drive innovation and collaboration within Nevada’s manufacturing ecosystem. Rhea also serves on the Advisory Board of the UNR, Department of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. He earned an MBA in Business Administration from St. Louis University and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University
